with the memories of Steve Jobs

Well, it has been a couple of weeks after I saw the show on History TV 18 about the Steve Jobs and I am still inspired and believe that  the legacy he left will  be inspiring the next IT generations to come.
On any ordinary day when you log into your system, you may or may not feel but  Steve remains the charismatic pioneer of the revoloution of our personal computers. A visionary and a great professional who once sought the inner peace in Zen Meditation gave world an Idea, an Innovation, and Simplity in the first place and rest of it all is now the Apple of our eyes.

Here is an interesting link about The Amazing Life that Steve Jobs Lived.

A True Professional is ...

A true professional is............ what ?

Someone Business oriented ? Or someone

Result- driven, Clean Shaved, Shrewd Guy talking Turnovers ?

Who is that one amongst us ?

The one leading the team, or the one following the protocols?

Well, if you ask me I say,
it’s when a set of a smart head & a heart find a perfect match with that handsome suit & tie !

And as we ponder about the traits of a true professional I find
this Rediff article quite turning,

So what’s your thought ?

The Dressing Sense

“Do you really think that anyone can develop your personality without you discovering your self ?

And now we have all those PDP Modules, Corporate Training & Grooming Sessions where they often discuss the ‘Dressing Sense’, ……..so ?.......

what do you think your style is ?

I believe a true dressing sense is something that comes from an observation. Your style is the way you carry  yourself. So when you observe yourself, watch yourself and discover your own persona, you find the original style you have, and then you know that what you wear is what you carry and is what your signature that you mark on  people's mind.
So I say discover your true potential, abilities & limits, and then expand them. The Style, The Dressing sense and rest of all comes by itself”………

Excel Yourself : The Yogi's Idea

Excel Yourself : The Yogi's Idea
(The Zen of HRM)

The Diamond Sutras of self-realization are now being implemented by many of the corporate leaders for the simple reason that the Creativity, Self-Motivation and Efforts to Achieve Perfection are the best positive forces to enhance Productivity and Efficiency. In our regular thinking we believe that a production system works well when the parts are managed and supervised regularly and if a part doesn't work up to the efficiency level it must be replacement with other one. Ironically the most crucial part & resource of an organisation don't always require the 'replacement' and can do wonders by itself when self-motivated, given chance to innovate and speak out the ideas and that is us. CEOs today believe that the a dedicated professional is the most valuable asset of the company and the professionals' Golden Rule is to have a quality life and a level of Excellency in work which increases our productivity, a state of being where we work not out of compulsions but for the expression of our creativity.

The Yogi's Idea, now the science of management, is that the excellence whether physical or intellectual requires all our lethargies, self imposed limitations, fears, doubts & disbelief to be overcome which are deeply rooted in the psyche of our day to day lives.

I believe today we are stepping into an era of Professionalism where the higher values of Commitment are admired, skilled professionals are now practising the art of perfection to increase productivity while rediscovering the diamond sutras of excellence that are proving well in the management of the human resources and the human relations as well!
